Choose worldwide or US-based pros for each job.

Some jobs can go to the best person who's free anywhere. Others need someone in the US because of a contract, a data rule or a time zone. You pick for each job, and every pro passes the same paid test job and ID check.

Worldwide

The widest bench, across many countries and time zones, so someone is usually free when you ask. Pros from different places and backgrounds bring fresh eyes to the work, and every handoff note is in clear English.

  • Someone free in more hours of the day
  • A team as varied as your customers
  • Clear English handoff notes on every job

US-based

Pros who live in the US, for work that should stay with a US contractor. Use it when a client contract requires it, when your data rules say customer data stays in the US, or when you'd rather talk in your own time zone.

  • Meets contracts that require US-based workers
  • Keeps customer data with people in the US
  • A quick call during your working day

Every pro passes a paid test job and an ID check before their first job.

Pros do a real job of the type they want to take, paid at their rate, and it's checked against the same test your job will be. They show their ID, and their rating comes from approved work only.
