Ask once in Slack and pick from the pros who can start now.
Microployed matches your message to a job type, sets the price and asks the pros who are free. In minutes you see up to three, each with a price, a rating and a start time. Tap one and they're on it.
- The price is set before anyone starts
- Every pro shows when they can start
- If no one can start by the time shown, nothing is charged and you can repost or cancel

1
Say what you need
Type @Microployed in Slack, or ask from Claude, in your own words. We match it to a job type and show the price before anyone starts.
-
2
Pick from who's free
Up to three pros who said yes, each with their price, rating, start time and past jobs like yours. One tap hires.
-
3
They get just enough access
You approve access to the store, account or file the job needs. Nothing else is shared, and every grant is logged.
-
4
Approve the work, and access closes
They show what changed and how they checked it. You approve, access is removed and they get paid.
Hiring for a small job shouldn't take longer than the job.
A two-hour fix on a job board can take days of reading proposals and setting up access. One small fix posted on Upwork recently drew 20 to 50 proposals and 6 interviews. Here, you ask once and pick.
| Step | On a job board | On Microployed |
|---|---|---|
| Describe the job | Write a full job post | One message in Slack or your AI tool |
| Find someone | Wait for proposals, then read 20 to 50 of them | Up to three pros who are free now, in minutes |
| Choose | Interview a few people | Compare price, rating and start time, then tap |
| Know the price | After the back and forth | Before anyone starts |
| Give access | Set it up yourself and remember to remove it | Just what the job needs, removed when you approve |
Every job ends with proof you can check.
Small jobs are easy to call finished and hard to check. Each job type has a test, so you approve what you can see.
- What was wrong
- The pixel fired twice at checkout, so Meta counted every sale twice.
- What changed
- Removed the old theme tag and kept the Conversions API event.
- What to watch
- Meta purchases should match Shopify orders from tomorrow.
- Before-and-after screenshots, or a test that shows it working
- A short handoff note: what was wrong, what changed, what to watch
- If something you agreed on is missing, the pro fixes it at no extra cost
- Access removed the moment you approve the work
Every job is covered by Microployed Protection.
Your money is held from your balance until you approve the work, and if a pro doesn't start, you aren't charged. You have 3 days to review the work, and if you haven't approved it or asked for a fix by then, it's approved for you. If the work doesn't match what you agreed, the pro fixes it, or we review the job and refund part or all of what you paid for it.
- Held until you approve, or approved for you after 3 days
- Hourly jobs bill only logged time within your estimate
- Pros are paid every week for approved work, so good pros stay
Small jobs stay small, even when the problem turns out bigger.
Small jobs grow when nobody draws a line. Ours have one. Each fixed-price job has a time cap. If the pro finds a bigger problem, they stop at the cap and send you what they found with a separate quote.
You can approve it, hand it to your own team, or stop there. The work already done is yours either way.
The upsell app is fixed and tested. I also found the checkout script loading twice, which double counts some sales. I can fix that for $49.
- A time cap on every fixed-price job, shown before you hire
- A written finding and a quote before any extra work
- No pitch to replace your whole setup
