For open-ended work. You see the rate and an estimate, and that amount is set aside from your balance. The pro logs time in 15-minute steps and asks before going over. You pay only for time logged.
Describe the job and see who's free and what it costs. Nothing is charged until you hire.
On a $59 job you pay $67.85. One-off jobs carry an $8 minimum fee.
Start with as little as $20. If a job costs more than your balance, you top up the difference when you hire. Set automatic top-ups in chat if you like, and unused balance is refunded on request.
If no one can start by the time shown, nothing is charged and you can repost or cancel.
Every job ends with proof you can check.
Small jobs are easy to call finished and hard to check. Each job type has a test, so you approve what you can see.

You have 3 days to review the work, and if you haven't approved it or asked for a fix by then, it's approved for you. If the work doesn't match what you agreed, the pro fixes it, or we review the job and refund part or all of what you paid for it.
