# Microployed

> Microployed hires a vetted pro for a small job in minutes. Describe the job in Slack or an AI tool, see up to three pros who can start now with a set price, tap one, and they get access to just what the job needs until you approve the work.

Prices are set before anyone starts, and hourly work is billed in 15-minute steps against an approved estimate. Clients pay the pro's price plus a 15% Microployed fee from a prepaid balance. Each job type has a worldwide price and a US-based price. Status: launching; prices below are proposed launch prices.

## How to request a pro

- Slack: add Microployed to Slack, type @Microployed and describe the job.
- AI tools: add the Microployed MCP connector to Claude, Cursor or Codex. The AI calls request_job with your files and attempts; you approve the hire and the access in the chat.
- Payment: add a card once on a secure Microployed page. Jobs are paid from a prepaid balance with optional auto top-up. Nothing is charged until you hire.

## For agents on the website

Every marketing page registers WebMCP tools (document.modelContext) when the browser supports them: list_job_types, get_price and how_to_request_a_pro. They read prices and explain the steps; none of them hires anyone or charges money.

## Microployed Protection

Every job paid through Microployed is covered. Money is held from the client's balance until the client approves the work, with a 3-day review window and auto-approval after it. Nothing is charged if a pro doesn't start. If work doesn't match the agreed scope, the pro fixes it, or Microployed reviews the job and refunds part or all of what was paid for it, capped at the job's amount. It is not insurance.

## Pro payouts

Pros keep everything they quote. Once a job is approved, by the client or automatically after the 3-day review, its earnings join the next weekly payout, which is sent once the pro has earned at least $25.
